Mr Ronnie James DIO- My one and ONLY IDOL ever died 7.45 this morning, can´t describe my feelings right now…. All of you who knows about him know the story, he had cancer in the stomach.
He was the Godfather of Rock, created so many GREAT songs and lyrics… but the biggest thing with that man was his heart and soul.
I will never forget the kindness I met in his eyes… so lucky that I got the chans to meet with a lovely person like that. Rest in peace and I know GOD will take care of you!!!

They run over Brooklyn Bridge in bare chest and without any shoes in the WINTER!!! Think it´s pretty cool, double meaning there ha… But they look HOT I say, like it a lot!!! They only eat Stone Age food – a lot of meat, berries and fruit. And train them selfs by climbing in scaffoldings and trees, running barefot and taking cold baths.
